Welcome to the help section of the Truck Scheduler app.

In this page we will try to explain how to use the app, for every page we defined a separate chapter.

Create a new account

Click on the profile picture on the right upper corner and than select - > Register

• Write your email in the email field - must be a valid email.
• Create a passowrd that contains letters and numbers with 8 characters min length.
• Company Name must be written in the company name field.
• Fill in the Full Name of the company representative that will use the account!
• Complete the security captcha and press Register.
• Done! You will get an email with more info about your new account!

Recover Password

• Enter the email you used to create the account.
• Complete the security captcha and press Recover.
• Done! You will get an email with a new password, please change the passowrd after login!

Update Password

1. Write your new password in the password field
2. Click Update.
3. Done! You have changed your password!

See all your bookings

1. Here you can see and manage all your shippment registrations.
2. To export the data press on the export button in the upper right corner of the table.

See all your bookings in the Scheduler

1. Here you can see and manage all your shippment registrations and also see the open slots available if you want to modify a booking hour or date
2. To edit a booking date and time you can click and edit the date and time or you can drag and drop it in an available slot in the schedule.
3. ! When you crate a new booking in the system, the system will automatically select the best slot available on the next day, if you don't like the selected slot, please modify the date and time. !

Create new booking

1. Driver name: - name of the driver of the truck that will arrive at Aumovio sibiu
2. Driver phone number: - it will be used to send an sms to the driver at what gate he should load/unload
3. Driver document number: - document number of passport or CI
4. License plate: - license plate of the truck used by the driver
5. Action type: - shippment type LOAD or UNLOAD
6. Truck type: - the size of the truck used for shippment
7. Pallets nr: - the number of pallets from the shippment. used to calculate the slot time needed
8. The shippment needs customs/vama processing
9. Complete the security captcha and press next.
10. You will be redirected to scheduler where you will find your booking and you can modify the date or time selected by the system if not suitable.
11. ! When you crate a new booking in the system, the system will automatically select the best slot available on the next day, if you don't like the selected slot, please modify the date and time. !
